Corporate Support

There are many unique opportunities for your company to partner with Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Orange County and the Inland Empire. We will work with you to determine what your company wants to achieve through a relationship with the Foundation.

The following are just a few ideas on how you can share the power of a wish®:

  • Sponsor-A-Wish. You can sponsor the wish of a child by making a corporate donation, having your employees and customers get involved by purchasing "I made wishes happen" star icons, or a myriad of other fundraising activities. Our Sponsor-A-Wish recognition program is $5,000 per wish.
  • Event sponsorship provides high-visibility for corporate sponsors and an opportunity to meet with former wish children and families, who, as Wish Ambassadors for the organization, convey the power and magic of a wish fulfilled.
  • Host your own event. Some organizations will create a fundraising event of which Make-A-Wish is the beneficiary. It can be as simple as a car wash or as involved as a golf tournament.
  • Donation of frequent flier miles. These miles are "banked" and used by wish kids for travel wishes.
  • Include Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Orange County and the Inland Empire in your workplace giving campaigns.
  • Make a donation in honor of your employees or clients. You can honor your family, friends, employees and business associates with gifts made in their honor to Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Orange County and the Inland Empire. We will send a card notifying them that a donation has been made in their honor.
  • Gift card drive. Each child is given an icebreaker gift when we first meet them. By donating gift cards, we are able to purchase an item specific to the needs and wants of that child.
  • Gifts in kind. Many times we need a specific item for a child that a corporation is able to donate.
  • Volunteer Opportunities can include anything from being a wish granter to helping with events. If your employees are interested, we would be willing to bring the training to your location. We just ask for a minimum of ten employees to train.

We would be glad to host a Make-A-Wish informational session for your employees by providing a speaker to introduce them to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Orange County and the Inland Empire.
