Unscrew the cap from the plastic bottle and poke a hole through the center of the cap using an X-acto knife.
Fill up the zip lock bag with hair gel about half way then zip the bag and make a small cut on a corner of the bag.
Squeeze the bag gently to pour the gel into the plastic bottle.
Pass the LED through the bottle cap and flatten the terminals pins to the side.
Wrap 2 separate wires around the positive and negative terminal pins of the LED
Screw the cap back on and turn the bottle upside down
Place the positive wire on the tape. Then, place the battery onto the wire with the negative side facing upward.
Take the negative wire and place it on the bottom of the bottle. Now tape the battery and wires to the bottom of the bottle.
Secure the battery and wires with a second tape
